T&C

1. Products

The sculptures offered for sale are presented on the site with a description and price. Each work being handmade and unique, slight differences may exist between the photos and the final product. Photos and descriptions are the intellectual property of SculptLab. and cannot be reproduced without authorization.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI if micro-entrepreneur). Prices may be changed at any time, but orders already confirmed remain at the price indicated at the time of validation.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these T&C. A confirmation email is sent after validation and payment of the order. It is recommended to verify the accuracy of the information entered (delivery address, contact...).

Each unique piece (1 copy) or numbered limited edition (25 copies) is removed or decremented from the site manually by SculptLab. after the order has been processed and validated: online payment therefore does not automatically reserve the copy. If a unique piece has already been sold or reserved, or a numbered edition is sold out, SculptLab. will inform the customer as soon as possible and issue a full refund of the order concerned.

4. Payment

Payment is required immediately upon ordering. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider Stripe; SculptLab. never has access to your full card details. Transactions are protected by encryption protocols compliant with current standards.

5. Delivery

Sculptures are shipped to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times vary according to the carrier and are specified when ordering.
• Package tracking is provided when available.
• In case of damage during transport, the customer must report the problem within 48 hours following delivery and contact the carrier for the claim. SculptLab. can assist in this process if necessary.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.
• Return costs are borne by the customer.
• Returns must be made in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
• Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return.
⚠️ Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made works.

7. Legal warranties

Products benefit from legal warranties of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

8. Responsibility

SculptLab. cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of sculptures.

9. Intellectual property

Sculptures, their photos and descriptions are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, representation or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These T&C are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent court according to the consumer's domicile.

In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may use, free of charge, a consumer mediator to seek an amicable resolution of any dispute. The consumer may also file a complaint on the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
